Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SubFlow ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

SubFlow is an AI-powered subtitle translation tool. You upload subtitle files (SRT, VTT, ASS, SUB, SBV), select target languages, and receive translated subtitle files. We also offer a browser extension for real-time subtitle translation on video platforms.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate registration information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all subtitle files you upload. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to translate and use the content you upload.

SubFlow acts as a translation tool. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded files or translation results.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Upload content that infringes on others' intellectual property rights
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits or usage quotas
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
• Use automated tools to access the Service beyond what the API permits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers

6. Subscription Plans & Billing

Free Plan: Limited to 15,000 lines of translation per month, single file uploads, and basic features.

Pro Plan ($9.90/month): Unlimited translations, batch uploads (up to 50 files), multi-language translation, bilingual subtitles, browser extension features.

Business Plan ($29/month): All Pro features plus API access and priority support.

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle. You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of a billing period.

7. Intellectual Property

The SubFlow service, including its software, design, and branding, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated translations may contain errors. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of translations for any particular purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or a notice on our website. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.
